A look behind the scenes of one of NYC’s premiere Experiences: Comic Con.
I photograph the people, processes, and environments behind the scenes, from skilled tradespeople and fabrication teams to the crews building large-scale events and experiential installations throughout New York City.
For this project at the Javits Center, I documented the workers assembling booths for Comic Con, capturing the hands-on labor, coordination, and activity that transform an empty exhibition floor into an immersive event space.
This style of industrial photography offers a closer look at the people and craftsmanship behind a project, creating images for corporate storytelling, brand communications, company websites, annual reports, and marketing campaigns.
